     From 1 September 2010 the access to patent data bases of French company Questel is opened. Company Questel (www.questel.com) more than 30 years has been the world information leader and provides access to data base, containing information about intellectual property. For now it is the best information service in the world, guarantying the fullness and reliability of patent documentations. Searching system Questel is unique and let the search:

• On the basis of the date and application number;
• Patentee’s name, inventor, invention’s class (IPC, ECLA, US);
• Publication country, country where patent invention is planned;
• Name, report, invention formula, key words, quoted and quoting of patent documentations;
• Questel enables statistical analysis of documents with respect to class, inventor, patentee, and as a result identification of co-developing partners;
