In order to meet global standards of research, education and high-tech medical care delivery Almazov Centre pursues contacts with world-recognized institutions overseas for cooperative activities including student exchange, joint training programs, organizing academic conferences and seminars, as well as other types of academic cooperation.
At the same time Almazov Centre is an active member of various respected associations worldwide including European Society of Cardiology, European Society of Hypertension (Excellence Center) and European LeukemiaNet and is engaged in a number of international cooperative programmes like SICA-HF project.
This is without mentioning distinguished professors of Almazov Centre who are in their turn involved in such organizations as European Thyroid Association and others. Almazov Centre professors participating in the international conferences seek to share their research results, enhance knowledge, network with colleagues and build bridges with the new ones.
As for specialized and high-tech medical care delivery Almazov Centre collaborates with respected and well-known foreign specialists and carries out unique surgery activities, including heat transplantation and use of robotic surgical complex “da Vinchi Robot”.
Taking it all into account lately Almazov Centre is attracting more and more specialists both from Russia and all over the world who come to see the Centre capabilities.
